The Chairman of IUBCCI, PhD Prof. Nasty Vladoiu, also President of the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce from Romania (UBCCR), together with IUBCCI Director, Mr. Tudorel Dobre and President of Bilateral Chamber of Commerce Romania-Algeria, Ms. Nadjet Karabernou-Paduret had the honor of having as guest on Tuesday, June 23, H.E. Ms. Taous Djellouli, the Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Romania, under the Project “UBCCR Ambassadorial Round Table”.
Her Excellency expressed her intentions for tightening the bilateral economic relations and informed the leader of IUBCCI about a series of business opportunities in the country she represent. At the same time, Ms. Taous Djellouli, Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Romania, emphasized the dynamic economic activity in the private sector, concluding that it is necessary to have a sustained boost of the business environment especially coming from entities as the Bilateral Chambers of Commerce or the Joint Business Councils are.
Chairman of IUBCCI has informed H.E. about the concept of “Economic Diplonomie” and outlined its necessity in bilateral relations, concept consisting of identification, configuration, implementation and development of the common and complementary economic interest of the countries.
The meeting concluded by expressing the sentiment of trust in the outstanding results that will arise in the course of future bilateral economic diplomacy and economic diplonomie actions.
