The Secretary-General of International Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Ms. Isabelle Vladoiu was nominated as a Honoree by Ms. Eva Doyle, African-American Historian and Columnist at the 8th Annual Roses for Outstanding Women Awards Program.

The event was held on May 6th, 2017 in Buffalo, NY, United States of America, and 28 women were honored for their contributions to the community and to the city of Buffalo.
