On February 22, 2016, International Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce and Industry signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Manhattan Institute of Management.

The Agreement sets the aim to collaborate and organize in partnership specialized academic programs, with the goal of creating an elitist body of economic diplomats, highly trained and skilled, able to respond to all the challanges posed by the global economic develpments.

The courses will be held in New York City,  in the heart of Wall Street, which represents, more than anything, the financial and economic power. Students will be given the exceptional opportunity to live and learn in the center of the business world, which provides them with the international perspective necessary to compete in our increasingly global society.
