The International Conference of the Bi-National Chambers of Commerce took place in Tel Aviv, Israel from 9th to 11th December 2012.
The event had a great contribution to the history of IUBCCI, there being launched by Prof. Nasty Vladoiu, President of the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce from Romania (UBCCR), the idea of establishing a global organization representing all bi-national chambers in the world.His idea was not only welcomed but also embraced by those who are forming now the IUBCCI
To safeguard and formalize this entity the first official documents were signed: the Resolution of Establishment and the Memorandum of Understanding. The signing parties were: the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce from Romania and the Israeli Federation of Bi-National Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Next day after the event, PhD. Prof. Nasty Vladoiu was invited to hold a lecture about comparative legal systems as a Guest Professor at the Faculty of Law of Bar-Ilan University.
